Today (yesterday) we went to the state fair. The kids were in heaven and besides the trashy surroundings it was awesome seeing the thrill of the kids faces on those rides. Fried Reece's, bucket of cookies, lingonberry ice cream, tater twister, free ice cream and so much more

Today grandpa took the kids to get bikes. They researched garage sales and just left with a GPS. Amazingly, they found two bikes, perfect sizes and even came back with helmets. It was the cutest thing.  He even went to walmart and bought Madeleine paint so she could make it more pink and purple.

Today the laundry room flooded because there was a dryer sheet left in the sink. Grrrr

Today the missionaries stopped by and it felt great to be connected

Today mom and I painted like madwomen while the kids were out sourcing bikes. A call from Wendy made the painting go so much faster
