I really wanted to cut down our own tree this year - seems so iconic and MN is the perfect place to do it! We lucked out with warm weather, although personally I would have loved a little snow, and spend the afternoon hiking, wandering and searching until we found her. Auggie, Betsy, Dorothy. She's got multiple personalities but she's beautiful, she's ours and she adorned our home for the entire month of December.
Looks like we've got a new tradition!
