it was a GOOD Friday {afternoon}

After the amazing morning at the beach we drove inland to explore the rainforrest. We went to Otway Fly (we opted out of the zip line tour) and were able to walk the tracks on the tree tops. Madeleine had no fear and it was pretty neat to go from sand to moss in less than an hour.

After Otway Fly we drove down the road and hiked to Triplet Falls. Less than a mile hike, we thought we had it in the bag - but when you throw in inclines, a million steps, slippery rocks, two kids who are hours past their afternoon nap and pouring rain, well, let's just say it was an adventure. A WET adventure. But only fitting for a rainforrest, right?

In their defense, Madeleine was a trooper and didn't seem to even notice the rain and Henry, although drenched, had a nice nap thanks to the Ergo Baby :)
