we had wanted to go to a Twins game while in MN for the summer, but the more we looked into it the less appealing it was. Too far, too expensive, too late, too long....
enter in the minor league option. $5 tickets, 15 minutes away, all sorts of pre-game activities and giveaways (pretty sure this was more exciting for the kids than the game), and no pressure to stay the whole time. I think we got 4 innings in.
one day we'll graduate to the big leagues, but for now minor leagues fit us just right.
